CONCRETE HOUSE

The design is a combination of townhouse and apartment with the two dwellings crossing over each other in order for both to get views of the nearby beach. The interior is painted Antique White USA and in combination with timber floors and stairs give a beachside feel.

 The site slopes to the south and the views are to the south-east so skylights and voids have been used to draw light deep into the house.
