AGED CARE VILLAGE

The rural NSW aged care centre includes retail shops, cafes, a childcare centre and a large public square to encourage interaction between the residents and the public. The concept is that the village will be focused on an active lifestyle including a 9 hole golf course, tennis courts and bush walking tracks. The location is stunning, running into a deep north facing valley and just on the perimeter of the town.
