Construction is a slow and difficult process and there will be arguments and stress during the adventure so it is essential that you have selected us because you want the kind of buildings that we design. We want to love your design and be proud of our design and your building and therefore be motivated and committed to getting the building approved and built. This takes a lot of trust on your part so please come and talk to us and take care in making sure that we are the right people for your project.

Erik Rudolfssson Architect

……………………… Erik Rudolfsson – Director   ……………………….. Erik is a Swede who arrived in Australia in 1987 and graduated from Architecture at Sydney University in 1995. He worked at a number of architecture firms all specialising in ultra high end housing, including apartments and single residences. He ran his own practice, ERA Architecture for six years before joining RAAa. Erik has a rigorous, systematic and very creative approach to design and has has had his work published in local and international press.

Joseph Alliker Architect

…………………………. Joseph Alliker – Director  ………………………  Joseph Alliker started his first practice before he graduated in 2000 from Sydney University. The practice grew and eventually merged with ERA to form RAAa. Joseph spent a year over 2015/2016 living in Switzerland researching construction, sustainable design, multi-residential and and aged care facility design in Germany and Switzerland. He is committed to improving the construction quality and sustainability of the work in the practice.

Petra Kandusova

….. Petra Kandusova – Designer and educator ….. Petra Kandusova joined RAAa in 2012 after four years as a design architect at FJMT architects and 6 years at award winning architectural offices in Prague, the Czech Republic. In 2008 she was awarded the national prize for the best new apartment building in the Czech Republic. She has a laser-like focus when designing and her unwavering commitment to projects under her care yields amazing results.

………………………………. Lester Fei – Architect………………………………. Lester Fei collected degrees from Melbourne University and Sydney University with exchanges to Eindhoven and Nottingham universities. After graduation Lester worked on correctional and health care facilities in a large firm in Hong Kong, Simon Chan Associates, before joining RAAa in 2012. Lester is ruthlessly rational in his design and planning and loves efficiency that delivery a quality environment for the client.

…………………………………. Tom Pinyon – Designer ………………………………. Tom Pinyon trained in Fine Arts before commencing his architecture degree at Sydney University. Before joining RAAa Tom worked at Hassell on a range of infrastructure, healthcare and multi-residential projects, highlights include the CBD and East light rail and the north-west rail link. Tom started in 2013 and has become an essential part of the team bringing his large scale experience to bear on the office’s biggest projects.

………………………….. Mark Skeels – Designer …………………………….. Mark joined RAAa in 2017 having worked as an Architect for a number of award-winning companies in the north of England. He completed his studies at The University of Huddersfield where his Design Thesis for a Conference and Exhibition Centre in Helsinki was nominated for the RIBA Presidents Medal Student Award. Mark brings with him a wealth of experience in the residential, commercial and conservation sectors.
